Gary Holland
Gary, the founder of the charity, is a management consultant by training. Gary has worked for a number of consulting companies including Arthur Andersen and KPMG Consulting. He has extensive experience consulting to both the private and public sector. While working for Arthur Andersen he played a key role in the design and setup of its business process outsourcing division in South Africa. In the UK Gary has helped local authorities restructure their operations to deliver a better service at a lower cost. Having been a carer himself Gary is aware of the difficulties that carers, and those they care for, face when trying to access help with their financial affairs.
Adam Daniel Barnard (Trustee)
Niel, has over 30 years of business leadership experience. He is an ACMA (Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the UK) and holds a post Graduate degree in Organisational leadership from the Business School of the University of South Africa. His career encompasses a successful track record in operating asset management, advisory, transactional and investment. He serves on a number of boards in a variety of businesses operating in the forest products and bio energy sectors in USA, UK, and Denmark. Niel is currently CEO and majority shareholder of UK based Ceres BIO Ventures Limited and is also acting as Business development Director of International Woodfuels Inc. In the recent past he was also co - founder of Grenadier Capital a PE Fund management and corporate advisory business.
Alexandria M Barling (Trustee)
Andy is a qualified as member of Accounting Technicians and member of the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors. Andy pursued a career in HM Revenue & Customs from 1984 to June 2014 when she retired. Andy started her career in the Finance Department then moved to Internal Auditing Department in 2003. Andy is trained to understand governance, risk and controls around organisations achieving their desired objectives. When she is not volunteering with Grace Debt Advice Andy enjoys light reading, theatre and meals out with friends.
